As a healer & life-coach, I have studied various modalities. Depending on the week's topic and your personal goals, you can choose from the following.

Since everybody has different needs for privacy, especially when we go on a journey of self-discovery and development, we value quiet.
Evenings are designed for mindful reflection, sharing, etc. We honor your needs!

Every week will have a particular theme, ranging from forgiveness to self-love. The basic schedule is posted below, so you can get a sense of when you would like to attend, although a whole month is best for transformation & connection.

However, deviating from the topic is always possible and encouraged.

There are a lot of modalities offered as a regular part of the weekly schedule, and some to be booked in addition to that. Just talk to me about what would be best. For example: EFT, TRE, energy healing, coaching, meditation, and more.

However, I do have other coaches at my disposal, some of whom will be a regular part in the weekly programs, some of whom can be booked in addition to your sessions.

We will start week 1 on Nov. 1st.



Week 1: BODY





Focusing on releasing stress & trauma from the body, we will start out our days with our morning routine in nature, if weather permits. After a proper grounding and getting some work done, this week will teach you Somatic Meditation, a physical meditation leaning on Trauma Release Therapy that involves the psoas muscle and allows your body to release stored tension.
Every group member will also get her personal healing session based on her needs and is invited to participate in our group meditations, explorations, and sharing.



Week 2: MIND





Since stress & trauma take a toll on the body, as one of its organs the brain and mind are also affected. PTSD is real and often trauma is carried by people not even experiencing it directly (studies show that nurses, for example, energetically take on their patients' stress).

This week, in addition to our morning and night routines, we will learn Emotional Freedom Technique and other skills to help our brain rewire.

Every lady will experience her own unique reset assisted by the personal healing session chosen.



Week 3: HEART





Constant moving is not only stressful (studies show that it counts as trauma), but also affects our emotions. Therefore, we will devote this week to the heart. The excitement of arriving somewhere new and having hopes that may or may not be fulfilled, and then leaving again and experiencing a sense of loss and grief is very real for nomadic women.

This week will help you let go; of sadness, wrongs, people, and places. The focus is forgiveness on all levels, including self, others, and situations. Your personalized healing session will assist you in that process.



Week 4: SOUL





With all the challenges we experience in our travels, work, and life-style, there often is little time to truly practice self-love. Most people think that spoiling oneself to joyful nights out or shopping, alcohol, or massages soothe the soul. And even though they are necessary and well-deserved treats, they do not replace the deep connection with oneself that is self-love.
This week is devoted to YOU. You will learn various skills to re-awaken, foster, and grow self-love practices, gently guided by me and safely held in this group. I am grateful to be able to provide you with your personal healing session to help remove any blocks there may be to you seeing the bright light that is YOU.



I encourage you to stay for the four weeks or longer, but shorter stays are possible.
